　　Eric Swiggers (Deurne, 1968) is currently conductor of the symphonic band 'Harmonie St Caecilia' of Lieshout and the fanfare band 'De Notenkrakers' (The Nutcrackers) of Vorstenbosch. He has composed quite some interesting pieces for wind band in the lighter vein. This sparkling overture was commissioned by the 'St Caecilia' band that Swiggers is conducting, for its 125th anniversary.  收起全文
